Layer 6 & 7 – Top next layers with toppings of your choice.Layer 5 – Spread 2 cups shredded lettuce.Layer 4 – Sprinkle 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheese evenly on top of refried beans.Layer 3 – Add cream cheese/sour cream layer.Layer 2 – Spread seasoned ground beef over the refried beans.Mix well and spread it out into a 9 x 13 pan. Layer 1 – Warm refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl for about 45-60 seconds. Prepare any other vegetables of your choosing such as chunky salsa (drained), cilantro (chopped), black olives (sliced), etc.(You can also use a yellow, purple, or green onion.) Add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning to the cheese mixture. Use a hand-held mixer to blend 4 ounces of cream cheese (softened) and 8 ounces of sour cream.
